Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
If the payment amount is deducted but you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.

Failed Transactions

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited from your account:

The amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 3–7 business days.
If not received, you can contact us with transaction details for assistance.

Refunds

In case of order cancellation, return, or refund approval, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Online Fraud Disclaimer

Diamondstyle never asks for your CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, or bank details.
If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Diamondstyle and asks for such information, do not share it and report the incident to local cybercrime authorities.
